This was the second project in collaboration with the Japanese art duo DamaDamTal after our joint exhibition during Nakanojo Biennale in 2023. In 2024 I was kindly invited to take part in their show in Shinjuku, Tokyo.
During the exhibition Akira and Tamaki got to show their process of making their sculptural objects made of paper and series of collages and artworks made with different paper and sewing techniques.

A new video installation, placed in the box I used to send them my sculpture, was one of the new components. The beautiful marble walls of the gallery at Space Zero were the new background for my red fabric collages, created with analogue photographs of my archive, which were showing different places and faces of my childhood home of Veliko Tarnovo.

During the show the visitors could also scan QR codes and look at a series of video poems, created with the use of AI generated voice.
