‘Dear moss, what are you?’
Art and educational workshop for children
Nakanojo Biennale - Nakanojo, Japan
2017

pictures by: Galia Yotova

the japanese artist yoriko helped me organise my own workshop during the 6th edition of nakanojo biennale in japan.
I've shown children how the moss plant looks like under a microscope.

They all could see a detailed view of the plant and afterwards each one of them drew a picture of their own vision of moss.
They shared with me where they usually notice moss in their town.on my part, i explained them the importance of this type of plants, where they usually grow and how they multiply.
